Programme profile


The purpose of the programme is to educate and prepare students to perform their work with a high level of professionalism and to apply their knowledge of general, basic and specialised subjects while working with the individual patient, patient’s family, groups of people in health care system and social services.

The programme is designed for high school/secondary school leavers. It is a full time study programme  based on requirements which are obligatory for the Polish medical higher education institutions and is meets wider EU professional nursing standards

Programme content


During the programme, you will acquire knowledge of basic medical subjects, such as: anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, pathology etc.; social sciences (such as sociology, law, pedagogy, etc). as well as General and Specialized nursing subjects.

3 A-Levels (inc"above average" grades in one of Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics) and 3 GCSEs

6 passes at Leaving Cert, inc two at H5 ((inc"above average" grades in one of Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics)
